Welcome to Max Motorworks. By using our website or booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. OUR SERVICES
Max Motorworks provides professional mobile mechanic services across Sydney, including logbook servicing, minor & major servicing, diagnostics, pre-purchase inspections and general mechanical repairs. All services are subject to availability.
2. QUOTES & PRICING
All prices displayed on this website are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle make and model, engine type, parts required, labour included and additional faults identified during inspection. Where additional work is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

3. BOOKINGS
Appointments can be made online throughout our website, by phone, by text message or by email.
Bookings are subject to technician availability.
4. PAYMENTS
Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept approved payment methods displayed on our website or invoice. Invoices remain the property of Max Motorworks until paid in full.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a booking deposit being required for future bookings
6. ADDITIONAL REPAIRS
During servicing, we may identify faults that were not apparent during the initial booking.
No additional repairs will be completed without first obtaining your approval unless immediate action is required to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle information, ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location, provide a safe working area, remove valuables before the appointment and advise us of any known vehicle issues.
8. WARRANTY
Max Motorworks takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Workmanship is covered by our warranty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to servicing requirements and the use of suitable parts and fluids where applicable.
9. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. WEBSITE INFORMATION
While we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate, pricing, service availability and specifications may change without notice.
11. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
